Interlegal balancing

The fourth webinar organized by the Center for Interlegality Research (CIR) deals with theoretical schemes useful for conceptualizing the relations between norms sourced in overlapping and different legal orders. In particular, the object of the debate is the working paper of Gabriel Encinas, Ph.D. candidate at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, who proposes "interlegal balancing" as a distinctively legal-argumentative "interface" for these relations. Orlando Scarcello, Ph.D. at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, discusses his conceptual proposal.
